After a thorough review of suppliers we have agreed a contract with DSM to provide their workplace recovery solution. We found that DSM were flexible to their requirements, cost effective, fit for purpose and offered a service of high quality. We have recently completed a successful Business Continuity exercise at the DSM facility and all expectations were met.

 

 

DSM have been providing us with I.T support for many years. The service and expertise has been excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

We are very pleased to have found a Business Continuity provider that can cater for our required number of positions.  DSM's facility fully meets our criteria and our regular testing has given us great confidence of success should we need to invoke.

DSM has been extremely flexible in accommodating our requirements and their support throughout our testing programme has enabled us to develop our Business Continuity Management to a standard that makes us confident that our organisation will survive any disaster with a minimum of disruption.

It is a tribute to our team and the service from DSM that a potentially disastrous situation was dealt with in such a controlled and professional way that our users suffered minimal disruption and were not even aware that we were running their applications from our recovery site for a prolonged period of time.
